Baptist Hospital is hiring an Operations Manager for the Baptist Select Specialty office located at Baptist Downtown Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

As a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager, you will provide leadership for multiple physician practices, acting as practice manager, vendor interface manager, & project manager for minor and major construction projects.

Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert for HIM, Telephony, EMR Scanning and EMR data integrity projects.

  • A commitment to patient care

  • Developing budgets and pro-formas

Education, Education, &CredentialRequirements:

  • Associate's Degree Required

ExperienceRequirements:

  • Three-Five Years Practice Management Experience Preferred

  • Physician Office Operations Experience Preferred

Education Note: Will accept 5-7 years of relevant experience in lieu of Associates degree.
