  • Engage bank wealth executives, heads of trust, chief investment officers, investment committees, platform managers, and portfolio management teams.

  • Identify opportunities to replace incumbent managers, introduce SEI investment solutions, and increase wallet share within target institutions.

  • Establish SEI as a trusted strategic partner capable of delivering investment expertise, practice management insights, and scalable solutions.

Leverage the Power of One SEI

Work across the organization to maximize distribution opportunities and improve client outcomes.

  • Partner closely with SEI's Private Bank, Asset Management, Investment Management Unit, and broader commercial teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver investment expertise, due diligence support, and executive engagement throughout the sales process.
  • Leverage existing SEI relationships to introduce additional investment products and deepen overall strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with client service and relationship management teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
Strategic Business Development

Serve as a market-facing ambassador for SEI's investment platform and solutions.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitive offerings, industry trends, regulatory developments, and evolving needs within bank wealth management.

  • Represent SEI at industry conferences, bank association events, and executive forums.

  • Provide market feedback to product management teams to support future product development and commercialization efforts.

  • Develop territory plans / book of business focused on opportunity prioritization, asset gathering goals, and strategic account development.

What We Need From You:

  • 7-15+ years of investment sales, institutional distribution, asset management, or business development experience.

  • Demonstrated success generating net new assets and revenue growth within financial institutions.

  • Experience selling investment products and solutions into bank wealth management, trust, private banking, or institutional investment programs.

  • Strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, ETFs, mutual funds, alternatives, and cash management solutions.

  • Proven ability to establish executive-level relationships and navigate complex institutional sales cycles.

  • Experience presenting to investment committees, CIOs, trust committees, and senior bank stakeholders.

  • Exceptional business development, relationship management, and consultative selling skills.

  • Existing relationships within national, regional, and community banks preferred.
