ECAM is seeking a driven and strategic Director of Sales to drive national revenue growth for ECAM Market, a security innovation platform delivering proactive remote video monitoring and mobile surveillance. This role leads strategic sales initiatives, manages enterprise accounts, and builds a scalable recurring revenue engine.

Your Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • 7-10+ years in enterprise sales or recurring revenue environments (security or technology preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to scale revenue and lead high-performing teams.

Working Conditions:
  • Flexibility in work schedule may be required depending upon the client's needs.
  • Travel within North America may be required subject to client needs.
  • Ability and willingness to work occasionally outside of regular business hours.
