IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP operates and maintains facilities, systems, and associated grounds across Virginia and Maryland. Services provided include comprehensive facility operations; project management for renovations, minor construction, and major equipment repairs; engineering, construction, and operations support; custodial and grounds maintenance services; environmental, safety, and occupational health support; food services; motorpool and logistics operations; and physical and technical security services. As the Estimator/Scheduler, you will support facilities programs by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and work estimates for construction, renovation, sustainment, and facilities operations. This role focuses on accurate planning, sequencing, and coordination to ensure facilities projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work estimates for facilities, construction, renovation, and sustainment activities
* Build and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for facilities projects using industry-standard scheduling tools
* Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, dependencies, constraints, and milestone tracking
* Support facilities planning and execution activities by aligning scope, resources, and timelines
* Coordinate with facilities managers, engineers, architects, construction managers, and operations staff to ensure schedules reflect real-world execution requirements
* Track schedule performance, identify delays or conflicts, and recommend corrective actions
* Prepare and present schedule status reports, briefings, and forecasts to leadership and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with applicable facilities, construction, safety, and organizational standards
* Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies related to labor availability, material lead times, access constraints, and operational impacts EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Facilities Management Professional (FMP) Certification or equivalent facilities-related certification
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities scheduling, construction planning, or facilities project coordination KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Demonstrated experience developing and managing schedules for facilities or construction projects
* Strong knowledge of facilities lifecycle management, construction sequencing, and scheduling methodologies
* Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)hbn h
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate complex scheduling information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience supporting secure, classified, or mission-critical facilities
