We have offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento, Oakland, and Las Vegas. Job Summary: The Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining an expansive schedule, effectually assisting in the onboarding process, conducting interviews with prospective employees as w, and working in conjunction with field supervisors Manage complex day-to-day schedules and develop and coordinate future schedule planning Accurately communicate schedule statuses and clearly highlight key deficiencies to managers Coordinate scheduling matters in real-time with multiple personnel at different company levels Coordinate people and locations in accordance with management Plan, draft, and establish long-term schedules Experience on techntechnology-drivenduling platforms Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills Equally comfortable as a team player capable of collaborative problem solving within a group or flying solo when / if the need occurs Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a high-tempo environment Ability to work and interact in a corporate environment Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations Excellent time-management, communication, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation, and organizational skills required A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude Ability to work in a matrixed environment Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills Speaks Spanish (Preferred) Minimum two years of experience in general office setting with clerical or related experience Logistics, security, or dispatcher background preferred Comfortable in an ever-changing, fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment Able to manage shifting priorities Takes the initiative and meets performance goals with little supervision Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments, including other departments, locations, and mandatory overtime Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m
