  • Meet with prospective customers to understand their business objectives, identify technology challenges, and present solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Present and demonstrate Kidwell's physical security, access control, video surveillance, structured cabling, healthcare technology, and audio/visual solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by serving as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for additional services and future projects.
  • Collaborate with Kidwell's engineering, estimating, and operations teams to develop customized solutions and competitive proposals.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools and consistently achieve activity and revenue goals.
  • Build strategic relationships with manufacturer partners and stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree preferred; equivalent sales or industry experience will be considered.
  • A genuine interest in technology and a desire to continuously learn new products and solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and developing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Nebraska with occasional overnight travel.

We Offer
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential
