Inside Sales Representative

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a qualified candidate for our Inside Sales team.  The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating opportunities to sell our products and services to businesses and homeowners over the phone. A successful candidate would work closely with our outside sales team.This position is NOT remote, but can be worked from any location where we have an office.  Must have strong proven phone sales record.

In this role, you will:

  • Follow up on existing opportunities of Electronic Security Sales
  • Call on existing and prospective customers to upsell and upgrade current products and services
  • Act as project manager for sold tickets/jobs to ensure customer satisfaction through completion of job
  • Generate and prequalify leads for new sales.
  • Some administrative duties are also performed related to sales.
  • Work closely with branch contacts across the Midwest for quoting and upselling services
  • Learn the basic functions and products of Per Mar Securityโ€™s Electronic security, Physical Security and Investigation departments

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Patience and quick response to handle various responsibilities at a given time
  • Success in a fast-paced, ever-changing, work environment
  • Positive work atmosphere when interacting with the Per Mar Security Services employees and internal/external customers
  • High motivation to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales goals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of similar experience preferred
