Job description

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading Company located in the Raleigh, NC surrounding area.

This position's primary responsibility is the coordination of projects, the associated scheduling and direction of the labor resources for access control and IP video systems. 

Job Responsibilities:  
  • Project planning, coordination, and scheduling.
  • Technician scheduling.
  • Subcontractor scheduling.
  • Service call scheduling.
  • Ensuring the technicians have the needed PPE, materials, and tools.
  • Support the Technicians with technical and programming expertise.
  • Works with Sales Teams to complete successful projects.
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
  • Prepare project documentation, including:
    • Submittal and drawing packages and closeout documents.
    • Project schedules.
  • Perform site walks and meet with customers, including pre-sale, job start-up, and closeout visits.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in the low voltage industry primarily with access control, video surveillance, and network solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of access control, IP video, audio/video, intercom, structured cabling, healthcare, and other electronic systems.
  • Strong IT/network skills.
  • Work independently as well as within a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
  • Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues to meet customer expectations.
  • Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
  • Shows initiative and engages in proactive behavior.
  • AutoCAD experience.
