ON- SITE PROJECT MANAGER EXPERIENCE:
-minimum 5 years experience managing large-scale janitorial or facilities maintenance operations, preferably across multiple sites -experience should include geographically separated sites, multiple shifts, and complex environments (secure facilities, federal buildings, mission-essential services) DEGREE AND CERTIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree preferred; facilities management certifications (CFM, FMP, or equivalent) NOT REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
-no security clearance required- standard GSA/OPM background check WORK LOCATION:
