Job description

Amentum is a leading provider of enduring support for the essential missions of the U.S. Government, its allied partners, and international organizations. We are looking for an enthusiastic Program Security Manager to oversee one of our contracts in Nebraska. Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact regarding security on the project or construction site and be responsible for implementing all aspects of the Construction Security Plan (CSP)
  • Receive and implement orders or special instructions from the COR or the Accrediting Official (AO) concerning matters that affect the security operations of the site
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Special Instructions governing the construction surveillance function
  • Ensure the security integrity of the construction site
  • Develop and implement the CSP in coordination with the COR
  • Conduct daily and periodic security inspections to ensure compliance with the CSP
  • Work with the construction contractor to ensure safety and security of the construction site
  • Notify the COR if any construction requirements cannot be met, along with viable proposed courses of action to rectify the situation
  • Ensure that processes are in place and responsible for ensuring that all persons, packages, boxes, crates, vehicles, or other means of introducing material onto the secure areas are inspected for questionable or prohibited items
  • Manage the team of Entry Control Monitors, Observers, Lead Observers, and Construction Surveillance Technicians.

Qualifications:
  • US Citizen possessing a US Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in at least one of the following areas of expertise: Construction security surveillance; Technical Surveillance Countermeasures; Industrial or Government security involving counterintelligence; Construction quality assurance, or hands-on supervisory construction experience.
  • Must possess a PMP Certification
  • Must have successfully completed an Intelligence Community (IC) sponsored Construction Surveillance Technician Course.
  • Must have the ability to complete an Intelligence Community (IC) sponsored Site Security Manager Course.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of leadership or management experience on DOD or other Federal Government security programs.

Compensation Details:
100,000 - 180,000
