Summary: In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for client support within the Vizient Transition to Nurse Leader Program. You will support and collaborate across Nursing Programs to coordinate services, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a high-quality client experience. Responsibilities: Maintain and update client lists, invoice statuses, and collection tracking.

Monitor the billing process from contract signature through payment, respond to client invoice inquiries, and partner with the Accounting team on collection efforts as needed. Maintain accurate sales pipeline records in Salesforce from initial lead through contract execution. Support client retention efforts through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Onboard new clients, including setting up organizations in databases, completing contracting and security processes, sending welcome communications, and coordinating handoffs to team members for program launch. Collaborate across Nursing Programs to ensure alignment, share information, and support integrated client services. Partner with the web content team to support marketing activities, including posting web conference information and updating program materials.

Work with nurse planners to ensure continuing education requirements are met and planning documentation is complete, including collecting speaker biographical information and disclosures, coordinating travel, and managing on-site logistics. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. Two or more years of relevant experience required.

Experience working with clients in a support or account management role preferred. Program management experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills required. Demonstrated attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills required. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach.

Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00
