Job description

We are seeking a Manager, Security Operations, to lead our 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and drive the next generation of AI-powered threat detection, investigation, and response. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape security strategy, lead major incident response, and build a world-class security operations capability in a SOX-regulated, SOC 2 Type 2 certified environment.What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day SOC operations across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Serve as Incident Commander for major security incidents
  • Drive AI-powered security operations, automation, and threat detection initiatives
  • Lead detection engineering, threat hunting, and response improvements
  • Own and optimize SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and threat intelligence platforms
  • Develop incident response plans, playbooks, and automation workflows
  • Partner with IT, Cloud, Risk, and Compliance teams to strengthen security posture
  • Mentor and develop SOC analysts and security engineers

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 8+ years of security operations, incident response, or threat detection experience
  • 3+ years leading a SOC or Security Operations team
  • Deep expertise with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, detection engineering, and incident response
  • Experience operating in SOX and SOC 2 Type 2 environments
  • Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to security operations and automation.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
