Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Part Time Security Officer to join our team in Romeoville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities.
  • Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings

Work Schedule
This is a part-time position. Required to work Saturday and Sunday from 7 PM - 7 AM (Note: 12 Hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $19.00
