As a Security Officer – Global Security Operations Center in LONE TREE, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a premier financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support access awareness, respond to site needs, and contribute to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team culture built on integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, offices, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and assist with visitor processing, badge checks, and/or entry procedures in accordance with site policies and assigned post orders.
  • Support a professional environment by reporting maintenance issues, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and by following Allied Universal protocols for incident notification and escalation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid experience is preferred.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
