Job description

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

-       Operate and monitoring network equipment located in the USA under supervision from the global operation team

-       Maintain IT Security operation in the USA under company guidance and global IT operation team’s supervision

-       Serve as Security Officer and/ or Technical Compliance Officer on behalf of the company in the USA

-       Prepare and provide regular reports to the US regulator bodies on behalf of the company

Mandatory Requirements:

-       A resident U.S. citizen who possesses U.S. citizenship only (i.e., is not a dual-national)

-       Candidate will be subject to screening process by the US Government and must be eligible to hold security clearance following appointment

-       Reside in Los Angeles county

-       Allowed and able to travel within the USA and overseas

Qualification:

-       Minimum Associate Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, preferably with general IP Network or IT Security knowledge

-       Between one to three years’ experience in similar roles. Fresh graduate with a period of internship in similar roles can be considered

-       Experience in Cisco and Juniper equipment is preferred. Basic CCNA or JNCIA certification can be prioritized

Additional Preferences:

-       The role will mainly work within the US time zone. But from time to time, it is expected to work with the global team in Asia time zone

-       Ability to communicate in Indonesian or Malay languages is preferred
