  • Lead field-based performance management and hold teams accountable to operational expectations.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, site leadership, and executive management.

  • Analyze operational trends and KPIs to improve service delivery and field performance.

  • Coordinate and adjust staffing, shift coverage, and logistics based on real-time business needs.

  • Maintain high levels of service quality, safety, and responsiveness across all locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Business, or related field preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior security, military, or law enforcement leadership role

  • Strong experience managing multi-site security operations, including regulated/high-sensitivity sites

  • Demonstrated data analytics and KPI reporting ability

  • Proficient computer skills, including use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Calendar) and security management software

  • Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a federal-level background check and drug screening

  • Availability to work weekends and flexibility to adjust schedule based on operational demands

  • California Guard Card and BSIS Firearm Permit preferred, not required

Preferred Attributes:

  • High integrity, professionalism, and leadership presence

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in dynamic field settings

  • Familiarity with BSIS compliance and California labor code

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced computer literacy, including reporting dashboards and digital workflows

Benefits

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

  • Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits

  • Weekly Payroll

  • Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities
