Job Title: Vendor Security Management
Location: Sunnyvale, CA/Austin, TX- Hybrid Role (3 days a week)
Duration: 6 months
Experience: 8+ Year
Note: Candidate must be proficient in Info security+ Network Security.
Role Descriptions:
  • Supporting our IRQ (Information Risk Questionnaire) process and secure vendor connectivity across Public BZ and 3rd Party BZ environments.
  • Partners across Product, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Business teams with proven communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Cross-functional vendor onboarding & secure network access
  • Network troubleshooting & provisioning error investigation
  • Vulnerability scans of supplier environments (Qualys)
  • Firewall rule review/implementation - Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet (least-privilege)
  • Contract & PO administration
  • Data management for tracking + DR readiness Tools used : Excel, Quip, Wrike, WebEx, Slack, BOX, Tableau, Qualys, Access Manager Admin, Halo, Claude AI (Mac environment)

Must-Haves - Please Pre-Screen For:
  • 8-10 yrs overall experience in Vendor Security Management
  • Hands-on firewall rule implementation on PAN / Cisco ASA / Fortinet (production, not cert-only)
  • Direct IRQ / third-party vendor onboarding experience end-to-end
  • Hands-on Qualys for supplier vuln scans
  • Real network troubleshooting (VPN, provisioning, connectivity)
