Required Qualifications:       * We are actively seeking Systems Integrators with a minimum of 6 years' experience.   Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering. Specific skills may include the following: * Work in an enterprise IT environment with specific tasks related to Voice * Collaborate with network engineering and other telecom engineers in integration activities involving telephony or call centerAssist in the design, testing, and deployment of new voice infrastructure * Support implementation of next-generation voice technologies * Participate in the system security accreditation process * Provide certificate management support for secure systems * Assist with system upgrades, patching, and configuration
* Support new site voice system standups
* Support call center technology deployments, user training, and transition planning
* Contribute to call routing and trunking design within enterprise voice platforms
* Attend meetings with internal teams and clients to gather and understand voice system requirements
* Monitor compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures
* Gain hands-on experience with secure voice devices (e.g., VoIP phones, STEs, Viper) and infrastructure components (e.g., PBXs, encryption devices, call management servers)
* Learn to provide Tier 4 engineering support under supervision
* Learn and support platforms such as Skype for Business, Avaya Communication Manager, and other enterprise call center technologies
