Job description

We are looking for a Senior Security Integration Lead to provide expert technical leadership for a major Zero Trust modernization effort. This role is responsible for leading the technical integration and maturation of security capabilities across a diverse enterprise landscape, including Identity, Infrastructure, and Data pillars. Key Responsibilities
Technical Integration: Lead the overall efforts to integrate and mature Zero Trust capabilities across the enterprise.
Architectural Guidance: Provide expert leadership in the development and delivery of security integrations, ensuring alignment with OMB and federal ZT maturity goals.
Pillar Maturation: Coordinate with Pillar Leads to improve operational capabilities in areas such as phishing-resistant MFA, micro-segmentation, and automated data categorization.
Automation & Orchestration: Oversee the automation of security tasks and the orchestration of disparate security systems to replace manual intervention.
Risk Management: Analyze user behavior and device health in real-time to determine risk and enforce granular access control policies. Mandatory Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience specifically focused on the development and delivery of security integration.
Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated experience across Zero Trust pillars (Identity, Devices, Network, Application, Data, and Visibility).
Clearance Readiness: Must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation (Public Trust or higher).
