Seibold Security, a Rochester, NY based security integrator that specializes in designing, installing and servicing tailored security systems for hospitals, financial institutions and corporations is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Richmond, VA area.

Position Summary:

The Field Service Technician position is a valuable front-line person in our organization and is responsible for ongoing service delivery, urgent service response calls, and installing electronic security system in Richmond, VA and the surrounding area.

Position Requirements:

  • Alarm system, CCTV, and access control service and installation experience.
  • An electronics technician degree, military technical school, or equivalent experience.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • A willingness to travel.
  • An ability to work and communicate confidently at all organization levels.
  • An ability to work independently and recognize when to access available assistance and expertise.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
