This position will focus on the site management and installation of security solutions for new and existing clients while working alongside internal teams, external teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success.  A successful Site Lead can work with minimal supervision, provide daily updates of work performed, and reach out to his project manager for support as needed. The goal of every Site Lead/Sr Tech is to train replacements and advance into Project Management.

Responsibilities
  • Follow and track project scheduling.
  • Direct subcontractor, internal resource communications.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
  • Read and understand written specifications, drawings and controlling documents. Maintain current and accurate documentation of systems.
  • Perform installation and training as required on implemented control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing control systems for customers.
  • Coordinate project activities with appropriate parties internally and externally.
  • Document and communicate necessary project changes and subsequently implement the changes.
  • Perform all work in a manner consistent with policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Complete the final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of general access control systems. Lenel and Genetec knowledge is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of electronic security systems, their individual parts, and the onsite labor necessary to complete an installation.
  • Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to be creative and resourceful in obtaining solutions to uncommon applications.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team atmosphere.
  • Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer focus and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Physical/Electronic Security Experience 5-7 Years
