We are a Bosch company, but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product. We provide services and complex technology driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world.  
We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building and telecommunications sectors across the world as well as other Bosch units. So besides having external client, we also work for the Bosch Group itself, helping colleagues and divisions in other areas.  
As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas - the Building and Energy Technologies unit. There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed for e.g. on-going product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead content creation for Bosch Global's corporate social media presence in English language. In this role, you will be the creative voice behind our brand across major platforms, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our global audience.

Create and publish social media content for the corporate social media channels "Bosch Global" (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube)
Copywriting: create English post texts that convey our corporate messages in an engaging way
Ideation and production of short-form video content (Reels, Stories etc.) - created autonomously with editing apps or together with video agency
Review and adapt postings provided by agency
Research & evaluate topics and handle internal topic suggestions
Responsibility for specific content series and development of new content formats
Support channel management including analytics and paid media processes
Implement learnings gained from content performance tracking
Take on an active role as part of a virtual global content team incl. regular participation in Bosch Global editors rounds
Research and identify trends and best practices for social media topics. The Content Manager may also be required to support community management and service-related tasks, including handling customer inquiries across social and digital channels, monitoring and escalating critical issues, and contributing to first-level customer support. This includes providing timely responses, supporting complex or non-standard cases in collaboration with specialist teams, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience in line with brand guidelines and service standards.

Qualifications

English language skills (C2 Level is required)
Profound professional experience in content production for
social media channels and channel management
Hands-on expertise in usage of all current social media platforms and online tools
Studies in Communication/Marketing/PR/Journalism/ /Online Media Management or similar
Solid practical experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Marketing and Social Media in an agency or a corporate environment
High attention to detail, self-dependence, and reliability
Interest and/or experience in creating engaging content about complex topics
Organized team player with the determination and ability to contribute proactively to the success of a virtual global team
Excellent language, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with content marketing tools and/or photo- and video-editing software/apps
German language skills are a plus, but not required
