Responsibilities: Build accurate, timely winning Perimeter Security / High Security project estimates Communicate with vendors/suppliers for pricing information Work closely with project managers and preconstruction team Requirements: 3+ years of estimating experience with advanced knowledge in Perimeter Security / High Security projects We are seeking someone that is analytical, great with numbers (not sales/project management oriented) to join our team Bachelors in construction or equivalent working experience Local to DC/MD/VA area Stable work-history Preferred: Military/DOD project experience Estimating software experience
