Job Details
$30/hour
This is a per diem temporary role- must have open availability- 1st/2nd/3rd shifts available
Responsibilities:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Greeting guests/students
  • Patrols
  • Using oral de-escalation when needed
  • Writing daily reports of any incidents that may occur
  • Monitor staff, students, and visitors during assigned events.
  • Staying very alert
  • Patrolling assigned section frequently to maintain safety
Security Officer Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Remain alert
  • Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic environments
  • Must be able to speak, read, understand English
  • Customer Service Experience welcomed
  • Valid CT Security Officer License (Guard Card)
  • High school diploma or Transcripts
  • Valid driver's license (if applicable)
  • Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings.
