About Us: At IPSC, we take pride in our commitment to safety and efficiency. Our 24/7 Security Command Center plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations around the clock. We provide top-notch service and are looking for individuals who share our passion.

-IPSC is currently seeking proactive, tech-savvy individuals to join our elite team at the 24/7 Corporate Communications Center which is open 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.

The Schedule:

12-hour shifts

Pay Rate $13.00

Multiple shifts need coverage

There is also the opportunity for additional hours during the week if coverage is needed due to call-offs.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Excels in a fast-paced work environment,
  • Be proactive and forward thinking with the ability to listen to callers and process information quickly.
  • Have the ability to multi-task,
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to follow procedures accurately & consistently
  • Possess a team-oriented attitude
  • Open availability.

The Responsibilities: As a Telecommunicator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and response.

Your responsibilities will include: · Maintaining punctuality and adhering to assigned shifts consistently. · Demonstrating proficiency in essential computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excell.

Communicating with others over the phone concisely and effectively.

Promptly handling inbound calls including transferring them efficiently and maintaining meticulous message records. · Monitoring alarm signals vigilantly and promptly notifying the relevant authorities when necessary. · Dispatching calls with precision, managing absentee notifications, and handling call-offs alongside related clerical duties. · Following directions and keeping up with changes in procedures. · Exemplifying professionalism and courtesy in all interactions
