About the role
Providing a quality and safe environment for the care of patients is the shared responsibility of all staff and the Health & Security Assistant is an integral and valued member of our team. 

Your role provides support to the nursing team under their guidance in the delivery of patient care.  We will develop you to reach your potential and will always support you in an inclusive, collaborative and caring team environment.
You will hold a current NSW Security Industries Licence 1A, a current First Aid Certificate and driver's licence with the ability to drive for work purposes and the willingness to work shifts, on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

This position is managed by Downer on a day-to-day basis. The successful applicant will be physically based at Orange Health Service, a part of the Western NSW Local Health District.
