Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As the Security Manager, you will oversee all security operations. You will develop the company’s security policies and procedures and manage all security personnel. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with demonstrated experience in the safety and security field. 
Responsibilities 
  • Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures
  • Create and monitor the security operations budget
  • Hire, train, and supervise security personnel
  • Understand the security needs of the organization
  • Create and implement security procedures for specific events
  • Review incident reports created by security personnel
  • Resolve security breaches or incidents
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with security technology and equipment (cameras, alarms, etc)

  • Experience with emergency response planning
