Assist the Compliance Manager to evaluates and analyzes the entire operations noting discrepancies, suggests ways of improving the workflow, and determines the risk and/or effectiveness of current procedures. Identifies and delivers training to ensure compliance. Assists with creating and growing separate lines of business dedicated to delivering external security training

Position must adhere to and promote ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. commitment to quality of service, compliance with customer specifications and government agency regulations and focus on safety in the work environment described in ACTS-Aviation Security’s General Operating Policy 0.1 and all policies referred to within.

  Audits all services TSA, Airport, and ACTS-Aviation Security operational compliance.

 Identifies potential areas of vulnerability and risk; develops/recommends corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

 Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to the Director of Compliance as appropriate and/or required.

 Audits training files and ensures standardization across all units

  Manages and ensures conformance with company policies and Airport/TSA regulations. 

  Identify and deliver internal training opportunities to ensure compliance through auditing of operations and oversight

  Develop client relationships, identifying additional training and security services needs

  Provide operational assistance as needed

A High School Diploma or equivalent. (A Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a closely related field is preferable)

  3 years of operational Airport Security and compliance experience 

  3 years of experience delivering training to security professionals

Thorough knowledge of operations management, training, and auditing

  Highly skilled at training, inspecting and testing

  Superior data management, report making abilities

  Ability to judge, evaluate and monitor performances

 Excellent leadership and personnel management abilities

  Ability to take responsibility and be accountable

  Excellent oral and written communication skills

 Ability to present technical information in clear formats.

 Ability to work non-standard work hours, evenings, weekends, holidays
