We are the largest open-air outlet center in the state of Colorado. Located in Castle Rock, we are conveniently placed between the Denver metro area and the Colorado Springs region. Security Officer
Outlets at Castle Rock in CO is looking to hire a part-time Security Officer. Can you represent our company in a professional manner? Are you looking for a successful safety management career with a company that values you? If so, please read on!
The Security Officer works 20-24 hours per week and earns a competitive hourly range of $20-22 based on previous experience. Security Officer's must be available to work weekends. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure a safe and positive shopping experience for all guests.
  • Protect the property both on foot and by vehicle, always being visible and observant.
  • Maintain the security cellular phone and professionally respond to all calls for service within the center.
  • Remain calm and handle any issues confidently and professionally while applying your conflict resolution skills.
  • Assist the security manager in implementing the center's safety work plan, work activities, surveillance, projects, and programs.
  • Document activity using appropriate corporate and center security forms.
  • Always ensure the work product is concise, accurate, and thorough.
  • Perform all duties according to OSHA-established health and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SECURITY OFFICER
  • 1 year or more of security experience.
  • First-aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional observational skills.
