We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety, security, and smooth operation of our facility while providing exceptional front-desk support. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor surveillance cameras and manage door access to ensure the safety and security.

- Assist the Security Coordinator with various security-related tasks and administrative duties.

- Program and schedule access permissions for doors, maintaining accurate records and ensuring authorized personnel access.

- Participate actively in emergency drill procedures, supporting safety protocols and procedures.

- Oversee guest and contractor check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and secure process.

- Serve as a backup for the entire school by answering phone calls, managing emails and faxes, and handling incoming mail and packages.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Demonstrate a mature Christian Faith and uphold the school values.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or administrative training is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
