Job Title: Security Officer - Unarmed Flex Guard

Employment Type: Part-Time/Flex Hours

Hours offered: Averaging 20-30 a week

Location: Portland, Oregon

All Pro Security, a veteran-operated security company, and listed on the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., is seeking motivated and professional Part-time/Flex security officers (flexible hours/ extra hours) to join our Portland team. These positions will primarily support weekend operations, with additional opportunities to provide coverage for open shifts, call-outs, special events, vacations, throughout the week in the greater Portland metro area. Candidates who already hold a valid Oregon DPSST guard card are strongly preferred.

  • Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and visitors by maintaining a secure environment.

  • Conduct foot patrols in designated areas to deter criminal activities and enforce client policies.

  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.

  • Adhere to post orders, ensuring that proper security procedures are followed for every situation.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing security incidents and daily activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Candidates must be minimum 18 years of age to be qualified to possess a security license.

  • Possessing an Oregon DPSST Security license is strongly preferred in order to be considered.

  • Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations

  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment with minimal supervision.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
