Alarm Monitoring Operator- 2nd Shift Oppportunity

Full Time Opportunity $15 /hour starting payย

At Solucient Security, we serve our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Work at our conveniently located office at 7241 Fenton Road in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

We are currently hiring new Operators to join our second shift . The ability to work weekends and holidays are a must. Open availability is a big plus!

Second Shift Hoursย  2pm-10pm

Expect to work 32-40 hours

As an Alarm Operator you will specialize in primarily commercial and some residential alarm monitoring and be confident that you will join a team of dedicated, skilled professionals who are committed to our client's complete satisfaction.

As a member of the Central Station Monitoring team, you will be the one notifying our Clients of verified alarms, when help is on the way or working with them directly to offer solutions to ensure their needs have been met. You will also dispatch police and fire authorities when verified alarms are presented.

No industry experience is necessary. We provide you with an extensive 4-6 week paid training program to give you the skills needed to handle emergency alarms, procedures, and protocols to protect life and property. Our next training class starts soon so do not delay your application.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age with High School Education, GED or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years customer support-related experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (MS365 a plus)
