Direct Protection Security Inc Authorized ADT Dealer is an alarm company seeking a full-time Alarm Installation Technician to join our team. We are the nation’s top dealer and have been in business for over 20 years. Our company stays updated and provides the latest advanced technology to protect our customers. We thrive to gain customers satisfaction and confidence in their family’s safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and program new wireless alarm and security systems
    • Wireless equipment: sensors, motions, glass breaks, etc.
    • Google products Cameras, doorbells, Hubs
  • Conduct walks through with customer to understand where the equipment is and does.
  • Explain in detail how to use the systems and answer any questions that may arise
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may accrue security systems.
  • Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions.
  • Logging all details on every job
  • Monitor your personal inventory of service parts

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security installation, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
