Job description

Our client's Digital Technology team owns and delivers parker.com, the company’s primary external digital experience. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help evolve and expand this platform. This role focuses heavily on integrating third‑party systems, enhancing site functionality, and ensuring a seamless, secure, and high‑performance customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong full‑stack engineering skills, hands-on experience with content management systems, and a solid understanding of site search, integrations, and modern web application development. You will partner closely with product owners, designers, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity to deliver innovative digital solutions that support Parker’s global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain all third‑party integrations across parker.com, including Okta, Fusion Search, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Identify opportunities to optimize, extend, and modernize existing integrations across customer-facing applications.

  • Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the digital ecosystem.

  • Work closely with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to ensure Parker’s external sites remain secure, scalable, and high-performing.

  • Use analytics and user behavior insights to drive incremental UX improvements and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development or IT.

  • Proven experience building and deploying production web applications using:

    • .NET Core (C#) for backend services

    • SQL Server for relational data storage

    • React, Angular, or Next.js for modern front-end development

  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, pull requests, work items).

  • Experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure, including monitoring with Application Insights.

  • Familiarity with application security scanning tools such as SAST and DAST.

  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices (input validation, authentication/authorization, secrets management).

  • Experience supporting production applications, including monitoring, incident response, and post-incident analysis.

  • Hands-on experience working with CMS/DAM platforms (e.g., AEM).
