We are currently seeking an Energy Services Account Executive to join our Lenexa office. This role is designed for a motivated professional who excels in relationship-building, problem-solving, and consultative sales.


Role Overview

The Energy Services Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing long-term partnerships with school districts, universities, municipalities, and ministry organizations. The Account Executive will follow an established, structured sales process that provides clear steps for lead generation, client engagement, and opportunity progression. This ensures a repeatable, effective approach to helping clients improve their financial position through energy optimization solutions.


As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Superintendents, CFOs, Business Managers, and Directors of Facilities.
  • Lead clients through the sales process, from initial contact to project implementation, while ensuring clear communication and alignment with their financial and operational goals.
  • Leverage in-house business development resources to generate leads and secure high-impact sales meetings.
  • Conduct presentations, to educate clients on the financial and operational benefits of our solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onsite energy analysis and project implementation.
  • Provide detailed business plans, quotes, and contract renewals for ongoing client relationships.

  • Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (including criminal and motor vehicle history).
