WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Corporate Trust Collateral Analyst for our Wealth division. The Corporate Trust Collateral Analyst will be responsible for managing multiple servicers reporting and accuracy. WSFS Bank as calculation agent/paying agent works on many securitizations that require accurate and standard reporting from servicers. The analysts will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing the reporting and conduct oversight on the reporting from each servicer. The analyst will adhere to corporate, division and departmental policies and procedures, as well as following regulatory and compliance concerns. The analyst will demonstrate collaboration with both internal partners as well as external clients.

This is a 40 hr/wk. position at our Bellevue Office location in Wilmington, DE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the payment and analytic team with servicer standardization and setup of servicer reporting after closing.
  • Responsible for reviewing and analyzing governing documents to ensure that servicers are reporting accurately to agreed reporting items.
  • Manage the timely receipt of reports from servicers monthly.
  • Work on the reconciliation of the report to verify accurate reporting from the previous month.
  • Analyst will work with our technology group to ensure that the collateral and fundings from the trust are captured in our databases.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of policies and procedures of loan servicing of mortgage related products.
  • Promote a positive team culture, provide support to all payment and analytic team, and participate in projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or related work equivalent is required.
  • 1 to 3 years demonstrated successful track record in a diverse loan servicing shop is preferred.
  • Must have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills are highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Must demonstrate adaptability, assessing, analyzing, calculating, dependability, memorizing, sound judgment, stress management, effective prioritization, social skills and speaking.
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational, critical thinking skills, decision making, communication and quantitative reasoning abilities.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to understand and apply verbal and written instructions, organizing and communicating information effectively, managing workload priorities, and making informed decisions that support departmental objectives.
  • Must have the ability to perform mathematical computations accurately and effectively, while recording, reconciling, and checking results for accuracy.

Salary Range:

$48,416.00 - $79,541.75

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
