WETYS Asset Recovery is expanding our operations in Minnesota, and weโ€™re looking for a reliable, professional, and complianceโ€‘focused Field Agent to join our team. Our agents represent the front line of our operation, and we hold every assignment to the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and accountability.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outdoor field investigations to locate and recover assets, using a self-loading tow truck.
  • Drive and operate recovery equipment safely across various property types, in all weather conditionsย 
  • Utilize industry-specific tools and software for tracking and reporting.
  • Document all recovery attempts and results with a clear detailed and timely report.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize recovery efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Adhere to legal, ethical and company guidelines throughout the recovery process.
Requirements:

  • Ability to work outdoors in all conditions, independently while managing time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Must be 23 + years to meet insurance requirements.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. as needed to secure collateral.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, and use computer, tablet or smartphone for daily tasks.
  • Positive attitude, a proactive approach to challenges with a strong work ethic.
