Job description

Seeking a property/site manager with experience managing Section 8 or other public housing programs.

This property needs some TLC during major scheduled renovations during 2026.

Manage resident challenges, oversee maintenance, re-certify program participants and ensure safety of the property

Regular M - F hours; no overtime/evening/weekends/on call required. A personal vehicle for daily use is a must (no Metro).

Weekly direct deposit compensation each Friday; IMMEDIATE HIRE.
