Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and inviting demeanor as they enter the Cupo Insurance Agency office.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials such as brochures and forms.

Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Manage correspondence, including email and postal mail, and relay information to the appropriate department or individual.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and flow of information within the agency.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Spanish Speaking is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment, such as printers and scanners. Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry, is a plus.
