Dixon Public Schools is looking for individuals who would be willing to substitute as a secretary in our school offices.
This would be on an as-needed basis and times and days could vary.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Ability to work with people
3. Ability to use computers and common software applications
4. Knowledge in operation of office equipment and machines
Duties (include but not limited to):
1. Receive phone calls and deliver messages
2. Greet visitors
3. Other duties assigned by the building principal or secretary
Pay Rate: $16.54 per hour
