Position Summary: As a Distribution Specialist on the 2nd shift, your primary role is to coordinate and execute the timely shipment of orders, manage outbound logistics, and ensure accurate processing of all distributions with meticulous attention to detail. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a pristine and safe work environment, and effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and carriers. If you're organized, reliable, and ready to keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes, we'd like to hear from you. Hours for this position will be 7:00 pm - 3:30 am.
About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:
Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses.   • Quality Control: Verify order accuracy, inspect packages for proper labeling, and ensure items are securely packaged.
  • Warehouse Systems: Use our computerized system to process shipments, update delivery statuses, and manage distribution records.
  • Communication: Maintain professional interactions with team members, carriers, and external contacts via phone, email, and in person.
  • Identify Issues: Record and report any shipping delays, damaged items, or equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a safe, organized, and clean distribution area.
