As a Second Chef (also known as Sous Chef), you are responsible for supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, managing junior staff, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met. The role often requires quick decision-making and effective communication, as you'll collaborate closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
