Starting salaries from $97,635-$107,398 including 10% Geo Modifier
IFR Allowance adds another 5K 
15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
Retention bonus plan ($40,000 after 42 months, plus additional retention bonuses upon completion of program milestones)
On Duty Housing 
7/7 Schedule
Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Company requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness
  • Maintain accurate Company and regulatory documentation and record keeping
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
  • Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Company change board details
  • Maintain required certifications and ongoing training
