We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Cruise Director to support the delivery of high-quality entertainment and guest engagement onboard. This role is critical in ensuring seamless daily operations and contributing to a world-class guest experience.


The Assistant Cruise Director supports the Cruise Director in delivering personalized, high-quality entertainment services, ensuring full alignment with company standards and achieving outstanding guest satisfaction.


Act as second-in-command in the entertainment department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Prepare cruise reports, assist in scheduling, coordinate cruise layouts, and support operational planning. Maintain open communication with the Cruise Director regarding guest feedback, challenges, and service improvements.



Qualifications & Experience


  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the entertainment or hospitality industry (5-star/international environment preferred)
  • Valid STCW certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Entertainment background is an advantage
