The Associate Director, Programs & Student Services, serves as a senior operational leader for all Academy programs within the Pine Manor Institute for Student Success (PMI). This role shares responsibility for the design, management, and refinement of interdependent operational systems-including scheduling, student placement, staffing structures, and training pipelines-to ensure the execution of year-round and residential programming for first-generation, high-need students in grades 8-12.
