Description
Come Join our team! Reynolds Jet is currently searching for a full-time crew member to join our Aircraft Management operation at the Cincinnati Lunken Municipal Airport (KLUK). This position will serve as Pilot in Command for our Gulfstream G-150 and be part of a dedicated two-person crew operating approximately 125 hours per year under Part 91 operations.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, great collaborator, customer focused, passionate about safety of flight and operations, and have a passion for delivering a differentiated level of service.
Minimum requirements: Must possess an Unrestricted ATP, First Class medical, Valid US Passport, and Radio Station License. Must also pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and have a favorable PRIA. This position is not commutable. Candidate must live or be willing to move within a 2-hour drive of LUK airport.
Position Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible to support and comply with all Reynolds Jet Safety and Quality Standards.
  • Retains the final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft (14 CFR § 91.3). Makes decisions as necessary to the start, delay or cancellation of the flight, or deviation from a planned destination when operating conditions dictate.
  • Directs the activities of the SIC and any additional crewmembers, ensuring all understand and execute assigned duties.
  • Participates proactively in the Safety Management System by actively seeking, identifying and reporting hazards and safety-risk management deficiencies.
  • Ensures that a flight will not be commenced if a crewmember is incapacitated due to injury, sickness, fatigue, or other factors.
  • Ensures the flight is not continued beyond the nearest suitable airfield if a crewmember becomes impaired.
  • Determines proper fuel, oil, and oxygen requirements for each flight.
  • Obtains briefings on flight purpose, weather, NOTAMs, and operating procedures and plans flight assignments accordingly.
  • Prepares or supervises preparation of flight plans, considering altitude, terrain, weather, weight, and aircraft performance.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable CFRs and company procedures.
  • Ensures aircraft is operated within all weight and balance limitations and documentation is properly recorded.
  • Reports all known or suspected FAA violations or incidents promptly to the Chief Pilot.
  • Maintains required medical certification and notifies the Chief Pilot of any condition that may impair performance.
  • Ensures proper completion of preflight inspections and that all required equipment is onboard and operational.
  • Ensures all passengers receive required safety briefings prior to each leg.
  • Ensures completion of post-flight duties including logs, maintenance write-ups, and communication with maintenance and flight following.
  • Ensures aircraft is airworthy, properly documented, and prepared for flight.
  • Ensures aircraft cleanliness, catering, and passenger comfort standards are met.
  • Operates in accordance with aircraft limitations and Reynolds Jet policies and procedures.
  • Reports hazardous weather or conditions to appropriate air traffic services.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of the General Operations Manual, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, and Flight Manuals.
  • Acts as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) and Inflight Security Coordinator (ISC) when required.
  • Completes all required post-flight reporting and documentation.
  • Notifies appropriate authorities in the event of an accident or incident per company SMS and ERP.
  • Reports suspected communicable diseases as required.
  • May delegate duties but retains responsibility for all operational functions.

Position Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Licenses/Credentials: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate (or Restricted ATP if less than 1,500 hours); Multi-engine and Instrument ratings; G-150 type rating preferred (or ability to obtain)
  • Medical: Current First Class medical certificate
  • ICAO Qualifications: Must meet all applicable International Civil Aviation Organization standards and qualifications.
