THE TYPE OF SECOND CHEF - DEPUTY CHEF WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of or ability to learn food handling techniques and cooking procedures

High school or vocational coursework in kitchen basics is preferred.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SECOND CHEF - DEPUTY CHEF

This is a full-time cooking position with shifts during business hours, 11:30 AM–12 AM.

In this culinary role, you'll oversee kitchen operations during service, ensuring every dish meets our standards for quality and timing. You'll maintain a clean, organized kitchen, uphold health and safety codes, and assist with ordering and inventory. Each day, you'll combine leadership with hands-on cooking to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
