Overview

·       We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SecDevOps Engineer with deep expertise in secure DevOps practices, automation, vulnerability management, and enterprise‑grade deployment tooling. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands‑on experience with HarnessOpenShift (OCP)GitHub Actions, and modern scripting languages, along with strong troubleshooting capabilities. This role requires a seasoned engineer who can embed security into every stage of the software lifecycle while supporting scalable, reliable DevOps operations in a fast‑paced Agile environment. Experience in financial services is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance SecDevOps processes across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Implement, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using HarnessOCP, and GitHub Actions.
  • Perform third‑party vulnerability scanning, analysis, and remediation in collaboration with security and governance teams.
  • Ensure adherence to security governance, networking standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues across cloud and on‑prem environments.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Perl, Shell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Support Java‑based and SQL‑driven systems as part of integrated DevOps workflows.
  • Contribute to cloud‑native and 12‑factor architecture patterns across distributed systems.
  • Utilize CI/CD, configuration management, and orchestration tools to improve deployment reliability and performance.
  • Work with event‑streaming technologies such as Kafka to support scalable integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams in an Agile environment.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience working as a SecDevOps Engineer in enterprise environments.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with HarnessOpenShift (OCP), and GitHub Actions.
  • Solid understanding of security vulnerabilities, third‑party scanning tools, and remediation workflows.
  • Knowledge of networking governance, security controls, and compliance best practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Shell, Bash, or Python.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues.
  • Experience with Java‑based environments and SQL‑driven systems.
