About the Role

Unibail Rodamco Westfield is seeking a visionary, results-driven marketing leader to shape and accelerate the growth of our U.S. portfolio. As Director of U.S. Marketing, you will set the strategic direction for integrated marketing initiatives that drive traffic, increase sales, strengthen retailer partnerships, and elevate Westfield's brand as the leader in destination retail.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who brings both bold ideas and a proventrack recordof delivering measurable results. You willoperateat both strategic and executional levels - defining portfolio-wide direction while ensuring excellence in activation, performance, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

  • Define and lead a forward-looking marketing strategy aligned to portfolio growth and performance.

  • Translate consumer insights and retail trends into scalable, integrated marketing platforms.

  • Drive annual and seasonal planning in partnership with Corporate Marketing and Executive Leadership.

  • Strengthen Westfield's position as a premier destination through experience-led campaigns and innovation.

Integrated Campaigns & Experiential Excellence

  • Oversee national and local campaigns, tentpole events, and experiential programs that drive traffic and revenue.

  • Elevate promotional initiatives, including GiftWithPurchase programs, into strategic growth platforms.

  • Ensure seamless execution across digital, social, on-property, and retailer channels whilemaintaininghigh creative standards.

Executive Communication & Brand Advocacy

  • Develop persuasive, executive-level pitch decks and strategic narratives for leadership, retailers, and partners.

  • Serve as a visible brand ambassador,representingthe U.S. portfolio in retailer meetings, industry forums, and partnership discussions.

  • Lead external conversations with credibility, strengthening retailerrelationshipsand expanding collaboration opportunities.

  • Elevate storytelling and thought leadership to reinforce Westfield's premium positioning.

Performance & Growth Accountability

  • Establish KPIs that directly connect marketing initiatives to traffic, sales, and engagement.

  • Lead portfolio-level performance analysis and executive reporting.

  • Translate data into actionable insights and growth recommendations informed by competitive benchmarks.

Cross-Functional & Retailer Leadership

  • Partner with Leasing, Digital,andOperations to align strategy with business priorities and ensure disciplined execution.

  • Build strong retailer partnerships to drive co-investment and program impact.

  • Mentor and elevate marketing talent, fostering accountability and innovation.
