As a Supervisor at Rooted Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient social work services to our clients. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of social workers, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support a team of social workers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training as needed

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of social workers, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews

- Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
